Sigil group sessions, some led by trained therapists, interns, and Sigil staff, are where you can find answers, ease burdens, and gain insight into how you can live a better life.

NAR-ANON
A support group for those affected by others addictions. If you family or friends are addicted, this is where you can find support.
Every Monday at 7pm

Rape / Sexual Assault Support Group (Women’s Group)
Led by Sigil therapists and staff, this group allows those who have survived traumatic sexual experiences to find the support they need.
Every 2nd and 4th Tuesday and Thursday at 6pm (now 4 times a month!)

TRANS UNIFIED – Transgender Support Group
All transgender, non-binary, and those questioning gender identity are welcome! Join us as we address issues surrounding being transgender in modern day America. Together we build support and community for trans people in the county of Riverside and surrounding areas.
1st and 3rd Tuesday of every month at 7pm
