Your therapist will send you a link to your online digital encrypted and secure session via text or email (whichever you requested). If you need the link sent again, simply send a message to your therapist and they will send you a new link.
Please note that all virtual sessions must be done in a private area with no other family members in the room. We only do one-on-one virtual sessions.
